Frequently Asked Questions

General

What is shaved ice made of? +

Our shaved ice is made of finely shaved, fluffy ice drenched in real fruit purées. We use real fruit syrups — just fruit and cleaner ingredients.

How is your shaved ice different from a snow cone? +

Shaved ice is much finer and softer than crushed-ice snow cones, so it absorbs flavor instead of letting it sink to the bottom. Ours is also made with real fruit blends, making it a healthier alternative to traditional coloring snow cones.

Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer pickup and delivery? +

Yes! You can choose pickup or local delivery at checkout. Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds are shown before you place your order.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We currently accept cash on delivery / pay at pickup, and we can accept card payments and PayPal when enabled. Available payment options are shown at checkout.

Event Bookings

How do event bookings work? +

Submit a booking request with your event details using our Book an Event form. We review your request and send you a customized quotation by email, usually within 24–48 hours. Once you accept, your date is confirmed!

What kinds of events do you cater? +

Birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, school and church functions, farmers markets, community pop-ups, vendor fairs, movie nights, youth fundraisers and more. If you have something special in mind, just ask!

How far in advance should I book my event? +

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to guarantee your date, especially during summer months. Last-minute requests are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Youth Program

Who can apply for the Youth Training Program? +

Young people ages 16–24 who want to build customer service skills, learn food safety and prep, event setup, business basics, confidence and work readiness. No prior experience needed!

Does the Youth Program pay? +

Yes — by hiring youth from our community, we help them build skills, earn income, and grow into future leaders.
