Ordering

• All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund of any payment made).

Event Bookings

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a date; bookings are confirmed only after you accept a quotation and receive confirmation.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Youth Program

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or employment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the EY Shaved Ice & Slushy logo, photos, and text — belongs to us and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability related to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
