We want every cup to make you smile. Because our products are perishable, made-to-order food items, we cannot accept returns — but we absolutely stand behind our quality.

Wrong or Unsatisfactory Orders

  • If your order is incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
  • If something isn't up to standard, let us know — a photo helps us fix it fast.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins.
  • Once an order is being prepared, we can't cancel it, but call us and we'll do our best.

Event Deposits

Event booking payments and cancellation terms are outlined in your individual quotation. Cancellations with adequate notice are typically refunded per the terms in your quote.
