Pickup & Delivery

We currently offer two convenient ways to enjoy your treats:

Pickup

• Free — always.
• Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll have your order ready.
• You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

• Available within our local delivery area.
• The delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
• Orders over our free-delivery threshold ship free — the threshold is shown in your cart.
• You'll receive email updates when your order goes out for delivery.

Order Timing

Because our products are made fresh and served frozen, we prepare orders as close to pickup/delivery time as possible. During busy periods (weekends and summer), please allow extra time.

Events

Booking an event? On-site service is arranged through our Event Booking process — travel fees, if any, are itemized in your quotation.
